Clear Sky Builders is a licensed California general contractor headquartered in Newport Beach. We build custom homes, remodel existing ones, add square footage, construct ADUs, and take on investor and commercial projects across Orange County and Los Angeles.
The company was founded by Andy Azadzoi on a straightforward premise: most of what frustrates people about construction is not the building, it is the communication. Vague scopes, moving budgets, and contractors who stop answering the phone once the deposit clears.
We run projects differently. Scope is written down. Budgets are line-item. Changes get documented and approved before work proceeds. You always know who to call.

Clear Sky Builders holds an active California general contractor license, CSLB License No. 1136911. You can verify our license status, bond, and any disclosures directly with the Contractors State License Board at any time.
We carry the contractor's bond required by the State of California, and we require licensed subcontractors on our projects to carry their own general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Current certificates are available on request before contract signing.
