You receive a written scope of work and a line-item budget. Not a lump sum. You see what each element costs and what is and is not included.
We submit plans, respond to plan check corrections, and manage agency coordination. Timelines vary significantly by jurisdiction, and we tell you what to realistically expect in yours.
We break ground and run the schedule. You receive regular progress updates with photos. Change orders are priced and approved in writing before the work proceeds.
We walk the finished project together and build a punch list. The project is not closed out until every item is resolved to your satisfaction.
Our workmanship warranty begins at completion. Manufacturer warranties on installed materials are documented and handed over to you.
